About the position

The Mailroom Clerk position is responsible for managing the sorting and delivery of mail and packages within the organization. This role involves maintaining mailroom supplies, assisting with conference room organization, and ensuring efficient processing of outgoing shipments. The position requires physical capability to lift packages and operate delivery routes effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Sort and deliver mail and packages from USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and DHL.
  • Maintain mailroom supplies and assist in organizing conference rooms.
  • Occasionally lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Process outgoing shipments using a meter machine and FedEx online services.
  • Operate a mail cart along designated delivery routes.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (including radio use).
