Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Operate and troubleshoot logic controllers, diagnosing issues effectively.
• Fabricate components as needed for repairs or upgrades to existing systems.
• Conduct residential painting tasks as part of facility upkeep.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and operational procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in facilities maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
• Proficiency in electrical systems, including installation and repair.
• Experience with logic controllers is highly desirable.
• Ability to fabricate parts or components as required for maintenance tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CMMS for tracking maintenance activities is a plus.
• Capability to read and understand schematics for effective problem-solving.
