About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of the Edison Electric Institute (EEI) Maintenance Positions Selection Systems (MASS) test.
• Commitment to working safely and adhering to company safety rules.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.
• Respirator qualified (Pulmonary Function Test).
• Baseline Audiogram completion.

Nice To Haves

• Welding experience and/or certification preferred.
• Troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Minimum of one-year industrial maintenance experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, construct, and maintain plant equipment including turbines, boilers, pumps, compressors, and cooling towers.
• Participate in hands-on training and required classroom training as directed by management.
• Complete a four-year apprentice program and qualify for Maintenance Journeyman.
• Respond to overtime and call outs as needed.
