The Maintenance Assistant at the New York State Psychiatric Institute plays a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of the facility's structures and equipment. The Maintenance Assistant will work closely with supervisors to learn and perfect their skills, ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted safely and effectively.
