About the position

The Maintenance Associate II is responsible for performing maintenance activities in accordance with the Maintenance Program, ensuring timely delivery of equipment based on operational demands. This role supports initiatives aimed at improving maintenance efficiency, cost of service delivery, and asset availability within the Maintenance Center. Under the supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Technician, the associate will engage in higher-level maintenance tasks, adhere to technology lifecycle management standards, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program.
• Ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand.
• Support initiatives to improve maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD).
• Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in maintenance activities.
• Ability to comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.
• Experience in capturing maintenance-related data accurately.
