About the position

The Maintenance Associate II is responsible for performing maintenance activities in accordance with the Maintenance Program, ensuring timely delivery of equipment based on operational demands. This role supports initiatives aimed at improving maintenance-related costs, efficiency, productivity, and asset availability within the Maintenance Center.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities under direct supervision.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems.
• Accurately capture maintenance-related data.
• Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.
• Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.

Requirements

• Ability to perform maintenance activities under supervision.
• Familiarity with Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems.
• Understanding of maintenance-related data capture and compliance standards.
