Responsibilities

  • Complete complex work assignments requiring planning and coordination of multiple trade disciplines.
  • Work independently on assigned tasks and refer technical issues to a supervisor.
  • Supervise offender workers engaged in maintenance assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with work orders and maintain equipment in proper working condition.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two years of progressive experience in assigned trade areas (electrical, plumbing, masonry, heating and air, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of methods, practices, tools, and materials used in maintenance and repair.

Nice-to-haves

  • Current EPA Universal Certification license.
  • Experience in maintenance or construction work.
