About The Position
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing maintenance and custodial staff, ensuring that all maintenance issues are addressed efficiently. This role involves direct supervision, scheduling, and motivating staff while utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to prioritize tasks. The coordinator will also forecast and estimate future maintenance needs as part of a preventative maintenance program.
