Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the residents.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Facilities Management functions.
• Ensuring compliance with building systems and related code requirements.
• Managing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Recruiting and coaching staff as part of supervisory responsibilities.
• Facilitating small group presentations and trainings.
• Handling multiple priorities effectively.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Understanding of OSHA and life safety regulations.
• One year of supervisory and management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with maintaining water source heat pumps.
• Ability to learn new applications quickly.
