About the position

As a Maintenance Associate at Sam's Club, you will play a crucial role in shaping the shopping experience for members by ensuring a clean and safe environment. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, including the parking lot, restrooms, and floors, while also adhering to safety standards. This position requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, ensuring that members have a positive first and last impression during their visit.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Clean all areas of the facility, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, using approved chemicals and tools.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary and responding to spills.
• Operate floor scrubbers and dispose of waste in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, ensuring proper storage and rotation.
