The clerk will track maintenance purchases, enter equipment mileage, and allocate fuel transactions, contributing to the overall efficiency of the logistics operations. Responsibilities

  • Processing vendor invoices in TMS software (TMT).
  • Communicating with vendors regarding invoice issues.
  • Ensuring orders comply with allowable terms based on customer contracts.
  • Collaborating with accounting to ensure timely processing and payment of invoices.
  • Managing and updating the Purchase Order report daily.
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for each customer.
  • Tracking and recording receipts for maintenance purchases.
  • Entering equipment mileage submitted by Operation Managers.
  • Allocating fuel transactions for the accounting team.
  • Performing other duties and tasks as necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
