About the position

The Maintenance Dispatcher for Kohler Co. is responsible for providing 24-hour service to guests, associates, and departments within the Hospitality Group and Corporate Security. This role involves managing incoming requests, dispatching personnel, and maintaining communication to ensure efficient operations during the 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Document all incoming phone calls to the Maintenance Team.
• Dispatch or page appropriate personnel and follow through on all other requests from guests or associates.
• Assist with distribution of keys and radios to associates.
• Accept and verify deposits from associates and make change as requested from cash drawer.
• Maintain accurate balance of cash drawer.
• Enter information from work orders as they are turned in from the Maintenance Team.
• Respond to alarm activations by dispatching appropriate personnel, silencing, and resetting as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School diploma.
• Computer experience helpful, ability to do multiple tasks and problem solving a plus.
