About the position
ZebraScapes LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the daily operations of Maintenance and Clean up crews. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of project management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the Maintenance/Clean up jobs and crew.
- Plan, estimate, and purchase materials for projects.
- Manage schedules and ensure timely ordering of materials.
- Conduct quality control to maintain high standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all expenditures and expenses.
- Manage and oversee the crew's work effectively.
- Ensure all documents are properly signed by customers and project managers.
- Keep job sites clean according to company standards.
- Work with the Coordinator to create daily schedules for the teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in project management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
