About The Position
We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The position involves a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple communities in the regional market. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on HVAC units, diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues, and assisting with technical repair orders. Additional responsibilities include repairing pool pumps and equipment, assisting with sparkler system repairs, monitoring the community for liability issues, and providing support to teammates with touchup painting and building detail.
