About the position
The Maintenance Field Service Representative (FSR) role involves providing support for New Equipment Training (NET) and unit maintenance at various locations, both CONUS and OCONUS. This position requires extensive travel to customer sites and demands a strong background in heavy wheel or track mechanics, along with the ability to meet the physical demands of maintenance work.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites for maintenance support and training.
- Provide New Equipment Training (NET) to military personnel.
- Perform maintenance and repair on heavy wheel or track vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience as a heavy wheel or track mechanic.
- Ability to travel to various locations, both CONUS and OCONUS.
- Physically capable of meeting the demands of maintenance work.
- Ability to acquire and maintain a government issued Common Access Card (CAC).
- Possess an active Passport.
