About the position
The Maintenance I position at Marshfield Clinic Health System is responsible for maintaining the grounds and ensuring the functionality of buildings and properties. This role involves performing maintenance and repair services to keep facilities operating safely and efficiently, primarily during night shifts from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the grounds around Marshfield Clinic Health System buildings using hand or power tools or equipment.
- Perform maintenance and repair services necessary for the functionality of MCHS buildings and rental properties.
- Ensure safety and efficiency of facilities, including regional centers when required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- One year of experience in general maintenance is required.
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license is required.
Nice-to-haves
- Post-secondary schooling in a related field is preferred.
