Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical, distribution, and control equipment at the plant.
• Working with computers, line drives, PLCs, and other technical schematics.
• Organizing work area, tools, and parts.
• Managing assigned work orders while complying with all safety rules, including lock, tag, and verify procedures.
• Collaborating with other maintenance personnel in a team setting.
• Working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced working environment.
• Making necessary modifications and implementing test runs; conferring with the product manager regarding test results and making additional alterations to machinery as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years maintenance experience in a plant setting or an associate's degree in Industrial Electrical Maintenance.
• Able to provide certificate/card of Journeyman status.
• Knowledge of Allen Bradley Drives, Relay Logic, PLCs, and programming.
• Proficient in diagnosing and testing motors and motor control circuits.
• Experience with various instrumentation sensors and transmitters.
• Must be able to work with computer-based maintenance software.
• Possess superior analytical and troubleshooting skills.
