About the position

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance activities within the Plant. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of industrial machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive maintenance strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of skilled maintenance technicians to ensure optimal performance and productivity
• Oversee and execute the preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and predictive maintenance of all industrial equipment and machinery
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe and healthy work environment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the overall reliability and efficiency of maintenance operations
• Manage relationships with external maintenance vendors and contractors, ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance management
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment (electrical, mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic)
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Preferred experience with CMMS, predictive maintenance, lean manufacturing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools
