About The Position
The Maintenance Manager in Training (MMIT) role is designed to develop and implement the Pilgrims Maintenance Pillar and associated SAP technology. This position focuses on enhancing equipment reliability, predictive and preventive maintenance, and workforce effectiveness through collaboration with maintenance managers, planners, and supervisors.
