About The Position
Brookdale Spruce Wood is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Manager to join our team in Durham, NH. This position is responsible for managing the associates responsible for the general operating maintenance and repair of the buildings and grounds, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and company policies.
