Join the dynamic team at Pace Industries, as the Maintenance Manager. We are seeking an innovative and collaborative leader. This role is responsible for establishing, analyzing and optimizing business processes and systems. Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager will ensure adherence to established business processes while striving to achieve Business Excellence. This is a hands-on job and cannot be done from a desk. The Maintenance Manager is also chief maintenance technician. The work environment is mentally and physically demanding, but even more rewarding for the right person. The drive for personal excellence and the ability to drive others toward excellence is as important as any technical requirements.
