The Maintenance Manager at CMC Steel Fabricators Inc. is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the facility, ensuring efficient scheduling, planning, and execution of maintenance tasks. Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of the Supplier Performance Team.
- Oversee staff training and development.
- Manage multiple project designs, scopes, budgets, and installations.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in employee productivity and uptime.
- Troubleshoot production problems to minimize downtime.
- Develop and deliver performance reviews and corrective action documentation.
- Facilitate compensation planning and employee development processes.
- Procure supplies and spare parts for effective maintenance of equipment.
- Lead meetings with team members on various topics.
- Review safety requirements and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure completeness and correctness of planned job packages.
- Assure accurate distribution of time and materials to specific jobs.
Requirements
- Strong scheduling, planning, organizing, problem-solving, time management, and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with follow-through capabilities.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and budgets.
