- Providing direction to craft personnel regarding scheduling, staffing, and work assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing multiple sites in a leadership position.
- Strong project management skills and experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or TPM methodologies.
- Solid understanding of electrical and electronic principles, with the ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
