Responsibilities

• Follow all safety programs and OSHA regulations.
• Handle hazardous waste per EPA guidelines.
• Repair and service machinery (torches, grinders, lathe, drill press, etc.).
• Maintain air compressors, sandblast systems, boilers, and other equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on cranes, forklifts, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Manage hazardous waste and ensure compliance.
• Support plant operations, including facility system inspections and equipment servicing.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements

• 24+ months of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to perform tasks associated with the Maintenance Helper position.
• Basic knowledge of welding, torch cutting, lathe and drill press operation.
• Experience with preventive maintenance for a variety of equipment, including cranes, forklifts, compressors, sandblasts, and more.
• Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
