About the position

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of facilities and infrastructure within the Manufactured Home Communities in the Winchester area. This role requires reliability and skill in various maintenance tasks to support the community's operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on community facilities and infrastructure.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Assist in the upkeep of landscaping and outdoor areas.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Valid driver's license with a decent driving record.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves
