About the position

The Maintenance Person will be responsible for ensuring the facility is well-maintained and operational. This role involves a variety of maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, aimed at keeping the building in top condition. The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain building structures and fixtures.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
• Install new equipment and systems as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• 1 year of maintenance experience (preferred).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic and excellent problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Spanish (preferred).
