As our Maintenance Planner Scheduler, you will work independently with other plant personnel to schedule and verify accomplishment of routine tasks and scheduled repairs. You will manage work through a CMMS, prioritize work through a review of process criticality and equipment redundancy, and review work requests for validity, accuracy and clarity. You will engage the appropriate resources to set a preliminary priority within assigned areas. Additionally, you will estimate and define requirements for total labor, materials, special tools, equipment and skill sets required to complete requested work, including routine repairs, preventive maintenance/repairs, and complex projects such as plant shutdowns and plant improvement projects. You will obtain and organize all information required for the work being performed, verify that all are ready and available prior to scheduling work, balance scheduled work orders with available labor and skills, and work with the Maintenance Supervisor to identify, review, approve, and assign resources for rebuilds, projects, and related activities.
