About The Position

The Maintenance Planner at Mark Anthony Group of Companies is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Brewery by planning and managing maintenance tasks. This role involves coordinating with maintenance technicians and the maintenance manager to execute work orders, manage parts inventory, and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance activities. The position plays a crucial role in supporting the plant's business goals through effective maintenance planning and execution.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree, certification or higher within a technical field preferred.
• 2-5 years of high-speed manufacturing experience in a similar role; preferred 2+ years in beverage or packaging fields.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for process and instrumentation diagrams.
• Experience in repairing variable frequency drives, servo motors and controllers, communication systems, PLC input/output cards, and safety modules.
• Forklift experience is a plus (certification not required).
• Excellent computer and software skills such as MS Office, Excel, Word, and email.

Responsibilities

• Order all parts needed for work order execution from the storeroom.
• Stage all parts needed for upcoming work order execution in the staged area in the shop.
• Manage staged (in-progress and upcoming work) parts area in the shop.
• Move all work orders from entered to ready to schedule status in the plant maintenance software.
• Order specialty, non-stocked parts for work orders as required.
• Develop SOPs for maintenance activities in the plant.
• Coach and guide employees through work order creation in the CMMS program.
