About the position

The Maintenance Planning Clerk at Perdue Farms provides essential administrative and technical support to the Planning Department. This role involves producing various documents, preparing reports, and assisting in the management of departmental events and resources. The clerk plays a crucial role in data entry and documentation related to maintenance activities, ensuring efficient operations within the department.

Responsibilities

  • Produce a variety of text, spreadsheet, and graphic documents for the Planning Department.
  • Prepare and post Weekly and Monthly Metrics for the maintenance department.
  • Collect and enter documented work performed by technicians into the CMMS.
  • Assist in the development and evolution of the CMMS.
  • Prepare budget-related reports as required.
  • Assist the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler with all aspects of the planning process, including metrics documentation and technical library construction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Knowledge of Maintenance Software systems and Microsoft products is essential.
  • Experience with data entry and spreadsheet management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a busy, multitasking environment is preferred.
