About the position

The position involves assisting with property management for a commercial real estate company. The individual will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and vendors, ensuring effective communication and management of property-related tasks. The role requires a personable and communicative individual who can handle various responsibilities related to property management, including compliance, reporting, and contractor management.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for tenants and vendors
  • Respond to service calls/tenant requests
  • Manage contractors and vendors work on premises
  • Assist in preparation of monthly management reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Prepare property condition reports
  • Acquire quotes from contractors and work with architects and engineers on tenant fit-outs and new construction
  • Ensure workplace safety compliance at all locations
  • Conduct regular tours of tenant/public areas, mechanical spaces, roofs, and building grounds
  • Assist the accounting department with accounts payable and rent collection
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers, owners, tenants and vendors, assuring that all aspects of a work request are understood and properly completed.

Requirements
