About The Position
The Maintenance Reliability Engineer at Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is responsible for the continuous improvement of the maintenance process within the organization. This role focuses on reducing costs while ensuring compliance with all relevant government regulations, applicable codes, and industry standards. The engineer will work closely with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective maintenance strategies that enhance operational efficiency and reliability. In this position, the engineer will leverage their expertise in manufacturing codes and standards, including ASME, ASTM, and ANSI, to ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with best practices. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions that drive improvements in maintenance processes. The engineer will also be involved in training and mentoring junior staff, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the maintenance team. The Maintenance Reliability Engineer will play a critical role in supporting the overall operational goals of the organization by ensuring that equipment is maintained to the highest standards, thereby minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of the manufacturing process and ensuring that all equipment operates reliably and efficiently.
