The Maintenance Repair Contractor position at VENU+ involves ensuring the smooth operation of various equipment used in entertainment venues such as theme parks, zoos, and casinos. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of service and safety, allowing for a dynamic work environment where skilled professionals can showcase their expertise. The position offers flexibility as an independent contractor, with responsibilities that include regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of repairs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on various equipment including strollers, wheelchairs, ECVs, lockers, and arcade games.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Exhibit skillful use of all types of tools, both power and hand, used in equipment repair.
• Create, update, and maintain maintenance logs and documentation.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and industry standards during all repair and maintenance activities.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards and implement preventive maintenance measures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a maintenance repair contractor in a similar industry.
• Mechanically inclined with specialized knowledge of fleet mobility services is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and on call.
• Provides own tools and equipment.
