About the position
The Maintenance Specialist - HVAC at Ottumwa Regional Health Center is responsible for maintaining, operating, repairing, and monitoring essential HVAC equipment. Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate HVAC systems including cooling towers, rooftop units, and air handlers.
- Repair and monitor essential HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with the department director regarding equipment status and maintenance needs.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in an industrial HVAC setting.
- Valid Driver's License.
- 608 certification for refrigerants or the ability to obtain it within a year of starting employment.
