About The Position

The Maintenance Specialist / IT Technician at Heron Point of Chestertown is responsible for providing on-site technology support to team members and residents, performing hardware replacements, and conducting preventive maintenance and repairs on various systems including Life Safety, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of technology and maintenance services within the community.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in technical maintenance or a related field.
• Experience with 'Geek Squad' is a plus.
• Intermediate desktop computer skills.
• Knowledge of IOS devices.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct on-site technology support for team members and residents.
• Conduct hardware replacements for PCs, laptops, iPads, and networking equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on Life Safety and building systems.
• Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
