Responsibilities

• Work with team and individually to complete maintenance functions
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in all areas of the plant
• Follow safety procedures including LOTO, Fall prevention, confined space, NFPA 70E
• Properly document work orders, projects, and tasks in eMaint CMMS systems
• Maintain all production equipment in a safe manner
• Perform machine installations and modifications as necessary
• Perform preventative maintenance on all production and support equipment
• Read and understand Electrical and Hydraulic Schematics
• Investigate malfunctions of electrical components
• Perform other assignments as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Knowledge of using CMMS, preferably eMaint
• Ability to troubleshoot using electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Excellent communication skills with peers and management
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills such as Outlook, Word, Excel
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs
• Experience installing and setting parameters in VFD controllers
• Experience installing and programming HMIs
• Experience with ethernet and wireless communication
• Experience with motor drive controls
