About the position
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations at the Reserve at Drakes Creek, ensuring high-quality service delivery to residents. This role involves preparing market-ready apartments, responding to service requests, and maintaining common areas, while also ensuring compliance with safety and housing regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepares all market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, and general repairs.
- Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
- Maintains grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
- Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and records activities.
- Reports maintenance issues affecting the budget to the manager.
- Attends and participates in required training programs.
- Provides superior customer service and represents the company professionally.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school education.
- 3+ years of related experience in maintenance.
- EPA 608 - Minimum Type II certification or CPO certification as required by local regulations.
- Knowledge of various maintenance functions including plumbing, pool maintenance, air conditioning, heating, and general carpentry.
Nice-to-haves
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and prepare bar graphs.
