About The Position
This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of plant maintenance, including leading and directing a team of maintenance technicians. The role involves fostering a well-trained and motivated staff, assisting the Maintenance Manager in directing maintenance policies and procedures, and ensuring a safe and clean working environment. The individual will manage preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment, quickly assess problems to minimize production downtime, and ensure compliance with SQF Quality Management policies and GMP practices.
