About the position

The Maintenance Supervisor at Centurion Analytics, LLC is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the facility. This role involves performing essential upkeep tasks, managing maintenance procedures, and ensuring the functionality of various systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in driving the daily operations of the maintenance department.
  • Create and implement effective maintenance procedures and schedules.
  • Evaluate systems and facilities to identify necessary maintenance and repairs.
  • Enhance project management abilities by assessing building systems to effectively plan work assignments and project schedules.
  • Complete maintenance and repair work accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Engage in developing departmental budget estimates and assessing costs for specific repair projects.
  • Perform work order repairs as assigned, including repairing broken locks, cabinetry repairs, sheetrock repair, plumbing repairs, etc.
  • Assess control panels and electrical wiring for diagnosing issues.
  • Install appliances and equipment.
  • Participate in unit inspections to contribute to overall unit and property quality.
  • Manage maintenance inventory to simplify workflow.
  • Evaluate, troubleshoot, and enhance the functionality of equipment and systems (e.g., ventilation).
  • Inspect and maintain the functionality of safety systems (e.g., fire alarms, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers).
  • Collaborate with vendors and other professionals conducting work on-site.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or in a similar position required.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Experience using hand and electrical tools.
  • Ability to read basic technical manuals.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) Certification - Highly Preferred.
  • HVAC certification highly preferred.
  • 3 years of maintenance experience (Preferred).
  • Driver's License (Preferred).
