About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing routine maintenance tasks and general housekeeping of refrigeration systems within the facility. This role includes conducting inspections, managing maintenance personnel, ensuring safe operations, and participating in emergency response efforts. The supervisor will also train employees on safety and compliance topics, manage facility projects, and supervise contractors.
