The position requires a hands-on approach, as the supervisor will be expected to complete service requests and manage a team of maintenance technicians effectively. In addition to technical skills, the Lead Maintenance Supervisor must demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer service-oriented attitude. The role involves not only performing maintenance tasks but also fostering a positive team culture and ensuring that all maintenance activities align with the company's standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities

  • Complete service requests including HVAC repair, plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Change bulbs and locks as needed.
  • Install and repair appliances on-site.
  • Perform exterior and interior painting, caulking, and light drywall repair.
  • Lift and move items weighing 40-50 lbs.
  • Conduct pressure washing and maintain breezeways and parking lots.

Requirements

  • Onsite apartment or hotel/hospitality maintenance experience required.
  • HVAC certification is required.
  • Team management experience preferred.
  • Must own a set of basic hand tools.
  • Dependable transportation to and from work is necessary.
  • Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and take direction when needed.
  • Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers and customers.
