About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing the maintenance operations of a community, ensuring the physical integrity of the property is maintained. This role involves overseeing maintenance staff, performing routine repairs, and maintaining records of service requests and preventive maintenance. The supervisor will work closely with the Regional Maintenance Director and Community Manager to ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
