In addition to mechanical and carpentry work, the Maintenance Supervisor will handle electrical duties such as inspecting and testing lighting and wiring, as well as plumbing tasks like unclogging sinks and repairing faucets. The supervisor will interface with contractors and vendors, creating specifications for services and securing bids in accordance with established processes.
