About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor at P.B. Bell is responsible for ensuring that the apartment community meets safety and appearance standards. This role involves maintaining all apartments, buildings, equipment, and amenities in good working order, preparing vacant apartments for new residents, and responding to resident service requests with a high level of customer service. The position also includes training and managing maintenance staff to meet property goals and scheduling maintenance tasks effectively.
