Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall maintenance of the community and lead the maintenance team.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, and pool and spa equipment.
• Ensure a customer-focused approach in all maintenance operations.
• Be available for after-hours calls as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of general maintenance experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a maintenance team.
