Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in the multifamily industry.
• EPA Certification is required.
• HVAC Certification is required.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and budget control.
• Strong time management, team building, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance staff in making repairs and conducting preventative maintenance of the property.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Manage maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs.
