About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the physical assets and general maintenance of an apartment community. This role includes managing maintenance staff, coordinating repair and maintenance activities, and ensuring the community is safe and well-maintained. The supervisor will work closely with the Property or Community Manager to monitor budgets, inventory, and the performance of maintenance staff while also handling resident requests and service needs.
