About the position

As a Maintenance Team Member at McDonald's, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly and safely. This full-time position involves performing routine maintenance tasks both inside and outside the restaurant, including upkeep of equipment and facilities. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow a set schedule, with training provided for those willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties inside of the restaurant areas.
• Perform outdoor sidewalk power washing and window washing.
• Perform planned maintenance on kitchen equipment.
• Filter and clean vats on grills and fryers.
• Receive and stock two weekly truck orders.
• Complete tasks such as replacing light bulbs, filters, and basic rooftop maintenance.
• Maintain organization of the Dry Storage Area, Fridge & Freezer.
• Check functionality of safety systems (e.g., fire alarm).
• Report to a facilities or Maintenance Team Lead for issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders.
• Available to work a set schedule from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm on delivery days (Sunday and Wednesday).
