About the position
We are hiring a Maintenance Technician! As a maintenance tech on our engineering team you are responsible for keeping all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks. You will assist others on the team including the Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance. You will also provide a safe environment for our guests and the hotel staff by meeting all safety standards and provide professional courteous service to our guests while being accommodating to various requests. Responsibilities
- Keeping all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
- Following and completing all Maintenance Checklist accurately.
- Performing Preventative Maintenance on rooms throughout the year.
- Assisting others on the team including the Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance.
- Providing a safe environment for our guests and the hotel staff by meeting all safety standards.
- Providing professional courteous service to our guests and being accommodating to various requests.
- Being a team player and assisting in other departments when help is needed.
- Being knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and aware of all Job Safety Analysis guides.
- Performing small repairs in HVAC, Plumbing, Painting, and Electrical.
