This full-time role requires a proactive approach to property upkeep, including preventive maintenance, inspections, and timely repairs across various systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Responsibilities

• Perform property maintenance or repairs as needed or requested by residents and/or property management staff.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to established guidelines and schedules.
• Perform exterior maintenance including roof, parking lot, and pool/recreation area maintenance.
• Maintain adequate maintenance supply inventory and monitor the maintenance supply budget.
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the work of outside vendors.
• Assist with community cleaning as requested or required.
• Complete routine paperwork such as boiler and sidewalk logs as required.
• Attend staff meetings and quarterly maintenance trainings as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work from drawings, verbal instructions, or sketches.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Ability to deal tactfully with residents, owners, managers, and vendors.
