About The Position

St. Moritz Building Services is seeking a dedicated individual to join our professional cleaning team at the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth, DE. This position involves a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the property. The ideal candidate will have experience in general plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance, and will be responsible for maintaining the building's appearance and functionality.

Requirements

• Experience with general plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be safety-minded and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Patrols parking lot to maintain building appearance by picking up paper and trash from the sidewalks and parking lots, also reporting any seen issues.
• Perform light electrical tasks such as changing ballast.
• Handle light plumbing tasks such as tending to leaking faucets.
• Conduct floor work including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Perform wall repairs such as patching and painting.
• Move items from one place to another as required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; anything over 50 lbs will require assistance.
• Engage in repetitive motions including pushing, pulling, reaching, squatting, and lifting on a daily basis.
• Power wash sidewalks and buildings.
